Shared possibility.

A need on one side. Experience on the other.
Sometimes that’s all a good conversation takes.

THOUGHTFUL INTRODUCTIONS

Why these connections?

We look for overlap in delegates’ self-selected sector and geographic focus, rank shared sectors and regions, and highlight selected complementary needs and contributions verified in their profiles.

  1. Shared purpose

People working on related issues, sometimes in the same region.

  2. Needs + expertise

A stated challenge paired with relevant experience someone offers.

  3. Across regions

A shared field of work with a different geographic perspective.

This directory includes every profile found in the OC2026 & OC365 roster at the last update. It is a snapshot, not a live sync. Profiles without listed focus areas remain visible; we do not invent their interests. Recommendations are exploratory, not endorsements or confirmed partnerships. Global focus is shown as global, not assumed to mean experience in every region. Profile photos are loaded from Swapcard.
